How Will My Order Ship?

Whether you select Curbside, Inside or White Glove delivery, know that we partner with some of the most highly valued delivery companies that handle our products with the utmost care. Read below to get familiar with our different shipping options to ensure you select the right one that meets your needs. 

We have 3 different shipping options:

Curbside Delivery

Small Parcel: items such as fabric covers, nightstand

  • Cost: Free
  • Signature required: No, but if the driver feels it is unsafe or un-secure to leave the piece, they will not if no one is home
  • Package brought inside home/apt? No, you will be expected to bring it inside your home.
  • Unpacking: done by the recipient 

Large Parcel (Freight): items such as sideboard, 2 or more chairs, media console, dresser

  • Cost: Free
  • Signature required: Yes, The driver will contact you to schedule delivery within a 4 hours window. You must be home 
  • Package brought inside home/apt? No but they will lower the item to the curb and you are expected to bring the piece inside your home yourself. 
  • Unpacking: done by the recipient

Inside Delivery:

  • Cost: $50 per order
  • Signature required: Yes, The driver will contact you to schedule delivery within a 4 hours window. You must be home 
  • Package brought inside home/apt? No but they will bring it inside a garage or apartment building corridor or delivery entrance. You are expected to bring the piece inside your home yourself. 
  • Unpacking: done by the recipient 

White Glove Delivery:

  • Cost: $200 per order

  • Signature required: Yes, The driver will contact you to schedule delivery within a 4 hours window. You must be home 

  • Package brought inside home/apt? Yes. The driver will unload your order and bring it inside* your home, unpack the item and place it where you want it to go. They will also discard the box and any other waste from the box. They will also assemble** anything that needs to be put together. Note that almost all of our items come pre-assembled.

  • Unpacking: Driver will do it for you inside your home

  • *There is a limit of two flights of stairs (up to 15 steps each)

  • **Assembly includes light setup requiring basic tools, such as a screwdriver. Please note that the delivery team will not perform plumbing installation, electrical wiring, or services requiring the use of power tools.

How soon will I receive my order?

All in-stock items will be promptly fulfilled within 1-2 business days. Please allow 1-7 business days in transit for delivery post fulfillment.

What happens after I submit my order?

  • Once your item(s) are picked up by one of our carriers, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email to let you know your order is on its way to you
  • Your order is then shipped to a local delivery terminal.
  • A large parcel carrier transports your order with care to a delivery professional in your area
  • The delivery professional will call the number you provided to scheduled an appointment to deliver your item(s)
  • Day of Delivery:
    • When you receive your order, be sure to inspect the shipment. If you have any concerns regarding the condition or packaging of your order, simply describe the issue on the delivery receipt provided by the driver and contact us for assistance.

International Shipping

If you would like to have an order shipped outside the United States, please contact us at 516-586-6628 with the destination country and we’ll reply with the best delivery options.

TAX

All merchandise purchases are subject to sales tax based in accordance with the current state and local tax rates for the Standard Shipping/In-Home Delivery destination. Taxes are generally calculated on the total selling price of each item, which depending on local and state laws, may include discounts and shipping and processing charges.

Return Policy

Our Promise of Satisfaction

On purchases of regularly stocked products, if within the first 14 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will restore any defect apparent with your purchase or gladly correct your dissatisfaction through an exchange or refund when your furniture is returned in new condition. (Custom order and sale products are not included.)

In case of damage

All deliveries are insured, therefor all claims noted at the time of delivery will be filed with the shipper by us only upon receiving a claim from our customer. If the damage is severe, you agree to refuse ONLY the item that is damaged and make notations on the freight bill. Customer must take photographs of the damaged piece(s) whether the damaged piece is accepted or refused at the time of delivery, and shall provide photographs to us upon request.

If the damage is not severe and you agree to receive a discount covering the cost of repairs, you must file a claim with us immediately by providing images of the damage in order for us to estimate the repair charges.

All items refused due to damage at the time of delivery will be replaced upon availability.

The freight company’s receipt should not be signed before you have completed the inspection. Please make sure to have some company to help you unpackaged and inspect the merchandise as the driver will not allow a lot of time for inspection since the delivery type you have selected is "curb side"

Warranty

Our products come with a 1 year warranty.  In case of any damages reported at the time of delivery our team can repair or replace your furniture quickly.
